The Government Procurement Service is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office. Their overall priority is to provide procurement savings for the UK Public Sector as a whole including Health, Local Government, Devolved Administrations, Education and Not for Profit organisations and specifically to deliver centralised procurement for Central Government Departments.

PCOE Certification

Acuma Solutions have received their Partner Center of Excellence (PCoE) certification by SAP today. Having met the high standards and process outlined by SAP, Acuma are now authorised under the new system to provide partner delivered support for SAP BusinessObjects products. The PCoE certification audit required the support team at Acuma to demonstrate proficiency in the following core areas:

  • Support Infrastructure
  • Support Processes
  • Marketing
  • Quality Assurance

"This certification re-emphasises what Acuma Support have been doing over the last 20 years" says Head of Product Support Ryan Moore. "High-quality SAP BusinessObjects technical support through a clear and efficient process".
