Below is a verbatim transcript of his interview with CNBC-TV18's Reema Tendulkar and Ekta Batra.

Q: In the Q2-Q3 we understand that you have added four clients from the US and the EU region. What is the kind of demand that you are expecting from in terms of order backing from this region?
A: We are expecting almost 25% growth which is coming from these two regions. These customers are primarily in the financial services and the telecom sector that we are looking at.

Q: What is the average deal size?
A: Average deal size for us, we start with consulting assignments, we start something at USD 50,000 level. And then in terms of managed services, they go something up to USD 1.5 million. So, the range is large, but we start with small consulting assignment, get inroads into the customer and then we pitch for big deal.

Q
: Majority of your revenues come from the US, EU region, can you then just talk about where exactly you are seeing more traction come in from geographically and also within which vertical, BFSI, telecom etc.?

A: We are currently focusing on the US and the UK almost, 80% of our revenues are coming from those markets. That is predominantly because we are concentrating on the offshore onsite model. These companies have understood that India is a good domestic front where they can get very cost competitive pricing. In terms of vertical, we are into BFSI, telecom, retail and the credit space.

Q: Where exactly are you seeing the most growth coming from though in terms of deals which you are currently bidding for or have in terms of client addition, is it from the US, UK and also within which vertical, is it between BFSI or telecom?
A: Both the verticals are growing in parallel. So, we are expecting in both the front and particularly in the US where we are concentrating more because that is a growing market and UK we see a lot of stability which has come in, but US is where we are expecting a lot of growth to come in.

Q: We can expect a 25% growth in revenues for this entire fiscal?
A: I never said 25% growth in this fiscal. I said we have started with these new customers and we are expecting to grow them by 25% in terms of business we do with them.

Q: What is your revenue guidance for the entire year?
A: We don’t release guidance, unfortunately I will not be able to comment on numbers.

Q: Can you highlight your relationship with Microsoft?
A: Microsoft, we are a gold certified partnership with them. We have another partnership with SAP business object in the UK wherein we are the platinum reseller partners. Through this relationship we do the reselling of licenses and it helps us to sell consulting services on behalf of them.
